In 2005 I started working as a coach and consultant providing digital marketing help to small businesses primarily in the USA. For the most part my first 3 years were a total failure. I lost more money than I made, although I did learn a lot.
One idea did work. I hired a coach. Coach John, from Los Angeles, helped me develop business and personal plans. This was my first journey into the world of business coaching. Our regular sessions kept me focused on my top priorities. And, believe me, Coach John held me accountable!

This experience and some others along the way led me to become a coach. I knew that I wanted to help other entrepreneurs and small business owners with their marketing, because I’m convinced that marketing is the one area that can 10X their businesses. Here is the outline of my proven Marketing Coaching System:
- Pre-program and assessments. I'll give you a coaching questionnaire to get started. My Marketing Assessment will follow it. Finally, you will complete an exercise I call the 2 Circles that helps to clarify purpose and skills.
- Coaching program. We will meet for two, one-on-one coaching sessions each month. The meetings occur on Zoom for one-hour. If an issue comes up in-between sessions, you can also schedule a virtual coffee session (30 min). The VIP Marketing Coaching System is for 12-weeks
- We will then work down a path of exercises and feedback over a 8 week time period to accomplish what needs to be done before implementing the traffic portion of our system.
- Growing your Tribe- Once we've worked through several particulares including the 2 cricles, prison to paradise, the numbers game, asset creation, funnell construction, then we will begin implementation of the system and add traffic to the mix. We create three types of traffic for you. 1- Pay per click, 2- Search Engine Optimization, 3-Earned. Each plays its role in your success.
